Loss and Finding Nirvana

Loss is the price of love. As physicians, colleagues, and friends, we carry stories of compassion and connection—but we also carry grief. In 2019, I lost my best friend and colleague, Dr. Peg Bicker, to suicide. That moment changed me. It pushed me to seek answers, to start conversations, and eventually to launch this podcast.
